Tokio Marine Management (Australasia) Pty. Ltd. (TMMA) is the managing agent for Tokio Marine & Nichido Fire Insurance Co., Ltd. The company is committed to conducting business and relationships with our clients with due care and diligence. Our directive is to comply at all times with the laws that apply to us.

The corporate governance system and the supporting risk management framework provide the foundation to balance our core business functions in accordance with all regulatory requirements.

The Company has an established Code of Conduct under which it expects all employees to conduct business in such a way as to comply with all relevant laws, professional and ethical standards.

Governance Structure
The current structure of corporate governance consists of the Board of Directors, the Risk Review and Assurance Committee and our Senior Leadership Group Committee which has delegated authority from the Board of Directors for the day-to-day management of the Company.

Internal control procedures
The internal control environment identifies, assesses and manages the risks relating to the commercial and management strategies of the company and provides assurance that accounting and financial information accurately reflects the company’s position.

Disclosure requirements
TMMA’s practices comply with Australian regulations and, where relevant, Japanese regulations.
